Valentine’s Day is a day to show people you care about your love and appreciation. In honor of this festive spirit, the Eagle Eye ran a coloring contest for the first and second graders of Tyrone Area Elementary.
The contest ran from February 5th to February 10th. The kids were able to color the pages in any way that they wanted, which inspired a lot of creativity and inspiration.
Out of all of the amazing pages that were submitted, there were six finalists chosen for each grade:

Brinlee Parson- Grade 2

Quinn Rivera- Grade 2
Connor Clark- Grade 2
Azlynn Miller- Grade 2
Bailey McFarland- Grade 2
The winner for first grade is Bowen Johnson and the winner for second grade is Bailey McFarland.
To congratulate these artists for their work the winners will receive a certificate and a goodie basket provided by the Eagle Eye.
