Second Grade: Emily Oakes

Sometimes your teachers become the reason you want to go to school. Their warm personalities keeping you engaged. Mrs. Oakes was the reason you came to school for a full year. Her positive attitude is contagious and she wants you to leave this school with these words:

“When I had the senior class it was my first 2nd grade class- they taught me a lot. They had strong personalities, they were pleasant, and hard working. Their leadership qualities were great. We went to the circus and I still have the picture of my boys holding a snake. I loved our field trips together. Senior class, recognize your gifts and find a way to follow them. I wish you nothing but happiness and success. Never forget Tyrone”.
