Gavin Frazell: “At 8 years old.”

EE: Who inspired you as a young athlete to play football?

GF: “My father”

EE: What position do you play? 

GF: “Middle linebacker and fullback”

EE: What is your favorite part about the sport?

GF: “All the memories that football brought.”

EE: What is your favorite memory of the sport? 

GF: “Watching Evan Boone get mossed in the endzone on the final play of the PO game.”

EE: What are some of your pre-game rituals? 

GF: “Running to the back of the endzone and saying a prayer and then having our team prayer.”

EE: What other sports do you play?

GF: None

EE: What are your plans after high school? 

GF: “Go to college either at Penn State Altoona or Penn Tech”

EE: Do you have any advice for young athletes who want to play football?

GF: “Play while you can, it will teach you so many lessons that you will use in life, and [the time] flies so savor it while you can.”
