The students worked really hard this year and it showed at Wildwood. They played with a lot of energy, emotion, and musicality. The audience really enjoyed the show. About the Writer
Derek Wilson, Staff Writer

My name is Derek Wilson and I am a senior here at Tyrone High School and it is my third year as a member of the Eagle Eye Student Newspaper. I am a Staff Writer and I also do a little bit of photography. In my time after school I am a trumpet player for the marching band, concert band, and jazz band. I am a league bowler on Sundays and a roller hockey player during the summer outside of  School. I am looking forward to write stories about our Golden Eagle Marching Band and take some time to take photos at sports events throughout the school year to gain more experience in photography with the Eagle Eye.  I am undecided on post graduation plans but I am thinking of the possibility of college for music or physical education.

This is so awesome! Some local teams and performers are getting a lot better of a reputation! it’s crazy to me to see our town growing to a point where Tyrone is getting recognized for Really great things! I am in 7th grade going into 8th-grade marching band. It is absolutely INCREDIBLE how much we practice and how often we perform. I love all of the teams mentioned in this article. My friend Mikenzie is in starlight twirlers and they practice a LOT! So congrats to all the winners and even if you didn’t win, you can win next time, and, even if you don’t, it’s definitely not because you didn’t try!!! (-:

Thank you for including the Star-Lite Twirlers in this article. Congrats to all! We all did great!!!

We have been getting a lot more comments recently (which is good!). Unfortunately, some of them have been kind of nasty (which is bad!). Not surprisingly, most of the nasty comments have been submitted anonymously. Therefore, if you would like us to even consider publishing your comment you must use your REAL NAME and a VALID email address. If you are a TASD student please use your school email address.
