Tyrone Indoor Percussion Places First At Johnstown High School

The Tyrone indoor percussion ensemble performed at Greater Johnstown High School this past weekend and placed first in their division with a total score of 80.10.

The percussion ensemble increased their score by at least two points from their previous performance at Jersey Show High School.

The remaining competitions remaining in the 2018 indoor season are the Region 11 Championships at St.Mary’s, and the TIA Atlantic Coast Championships in Wildwood New Jersey.

In the current Tournament Indoor Association rankings, the percussion team is ranked seventh with a score of 80.1. The percussion ensemble gained one spot from the previous week.

The Indoor Percussion will travel to St. Mary’s High School to compete on Saturday, April 28th, 2018. The indoor percussion will participate in the chapter 11 championship show at St. Mary’s High School. The St. Mary’s show will be the final show before the Atlantic Coast Championships in Wildwood New Jersey. For the seniors of the ensemble, it will be their final region 11 performance. The indoor percussion ensemble will perform at 1:56 pm.
