How has the pandemic affected your life?
With not being able to play sports, I didn’t have anything to do. It’s kind of sad to think about, but I actually had time to spend time with my family. My relationship with them has grown, especially with my sister. I saw this pandemic as a blessing in disguise because being close to my family is important to me.
What have you learned as a result of the pandemic?
Everything can be gone in a blink of an eye. So use what time you do have wisely.
What worries are you experiencing now? How are you currently coping?
I want to play softball in college, so not having a season last year or having tournaments over the summer has really set me back some to completing my goal.
What are some positive things that have come out of the pandemic?
A closer relationship with my family.
What are your hopes for the future?
That we don’t have to wear masks anymore- don’t want to hurry the process though.
