Dance Fusion will celebrate its 20th annual holiday recital on Friday, December 9th, and Saturday, December 10th at the Bellwood Antis High School Auditorium.

This year’s show is called “Shake Up Christmas” and one of the major shake-ups this year is a change in venue.

Because of the ongoing renovations at the Tyrone High School auditorium, this year’s recital will be held at Bellwood Antis Area High School.

“I’m looking forward to shaking up Christmas in so many ways. It’s a new venue, a new weekend, and we have lots of amazing dancers,” said Dance Fusion owner and Artistic Director Lindsay Pullara.

The show features ten dancers from Tyrone Area High School, including seniors Sage Rumberger, Marley Grazier, Lizzy Fryer, Mikenzie Weaver, Rilee Moore, and Jaden Williams in their final holiday show.

All the dancers have been working hard on their dances for the show since September.

“I’m so proud of each and every one of our dancers. I can’t wait for the excitement they have backstage waiting for their dances,” said Pullara.

The show will consist of many dance styles like ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, lyrical, modern, and acro.

“It’s going to be a great show to get everyone in the holiday spirit,” said Pullara.

“Shake Up Christmas” will begin Friday night at 6:30 and again Saturday morning at 12:00.

Tickets can be purchased for $10 at the door for general admission.
