Sport: Wrestling
Accomplishments: Walls has an impressive 25-7 record so far this season. He finished second at the PIAA District VI Wrestling Championships, qualifying for the Regional Round next weekend.
Eagle Eye: How did you first get involved in this sport?
Korry Walls: “Watching my brother wrestling in 5th grade and thinking, ‘wow he sucks, I could do way better’.”
EE: What other sport(s) or activities are you involved in?
KW: “Lifting weights”
EE: Who do you admire the most? Why?
KW: “Braden Ewing (Jefe) because he is giving up 45 pounds.”
EE: Favorite music?
KW: “Pop”
EE: Favorite movie/ TV show?
KW: “Family Guy”
EE: Favorite place to eat?
KW: “Sheetz”
EE: What advice would you give younger athletes?
KW: “Cutting weight sucks.”
EE: What are your future goals?
KW: “To win districts next year and maybe wrestle 106 again.”
