Mr. Jacob Moll from Mohrsville, PA in Berks County is doing his student teaching at Tyrone High School with Mr. Ron Wilson.

Moll will earn a Secondary Education in Earth and Space certification from Penn State University.

So far Moll is adjusting well to working at Tyrone High School.

“The first week was a little stressful, but it became less and less stressful as the week went along,” said Moll.

Moll says that when he graduates he would prefer to get a job teaching close to his home in Berks County, but would be open to teaching anywhere in Pennsylvania.

Moll enjoys sports, traveling, video games, and fishing. He is the Vice President of his “Nittanyville” organization, and camps out from Wednesday night to Saturday morning for home football games at Penn State.

“ I haven’t been here too long, but I really enjoy the concepts of bell ringers and the advisory period. I did not have either of those in high school,” said Moll when asked what he liked about Tyrone.
